Are you implying GS front-runs their recommendations? Outrageous! We all know that is illegal, since tokyo joe is being crucified for doing it on a small scale.

Unless of course there are different rules for big brokerage and banking houses that routinely offer cushy post-public-service jobs to SEC officials. :)
