This is what's up with Teleglobe: BCE is acquiring for ~$33/share if BCE between C$50-57 as a running average for 10 days post distribution. If below C$50, you get .97 a BCE share. If above C$57, you get .85 a BCE share. At $25, TGO is no discount to BCE. The only advantage is getting the BCE stub for $25 and not having to pay the taxes on Nortel.
