<<The company continues to emphasize...future on-the-come business...as opposed to here-and-now...>> One analyst (I don't recall his name) threw out to Noam an "observation" as to "the frustration of analysts" in that it is very difficult for them to analyze MRVC. Noam responded that they (the analysts) should "look to what we're doing" rather than what we say and cited the 4 acquisitions etc. MY OWN FRUSTRATION If all these paid analysts have difficulty understanding MRVC - have difficulty figuring things out- how the heck can I? I guess it boils down to trust. I long time ago - before MRVC had made me a great deal of money - I said that I trusted these guys. I still do. (But I have my fingers crossed. Please, please don't disappoint me Noam.) Bruce

Bridge, I share your frustration. Yes, I trust this management. Yes, they have gotten better at handling these conference calls. Boy, they still have a long way to go. CFO did not have DSO number ready??!! Please!!! I can not understand how they do not have non-LAN revenue numbers readily available. I consider myself a novice and still that was the first question I wanted answer for during the call. If they knew they were going to get into gag period why not announce some details before hand? IPO is till nearly 6 months away. If they are willing to give non-LAN revenue numbers offline to some of the analysts, they should be available for everyone, they should have been in the financial statement. No, I am not going to sell, but definitely frustrated. Also, they (Noam) should not have cut off our Greg like that, first of all he did not take that much time and besides it was not like there were hoards of analysts waiting their turn. Dayal
