I've been experimenting with an underwater GPS system. I'm gonna patent it if I can get it to work [someday]. So far I haven't come up with a good solution. About the funniest solution so far involves a floating antenna and a long cable on a spool...

but yeah i've been there too. I took their 386 16 mhz DOS computer, rewired stuff, got win3.1 up and running on it and gave it to my grandparents. They're in their 80's and that got them hooked on the internet. They now own a HP P something and surf the internet all the time. The other machine I think ended up at some computer store for parts.
