They were also the underwriter. The stock was trading at nearly 1/2 what they paid for it. There are too many shares outstanding. (114m) Every time the stock jumps a buck, the value of the company moves 144 million.....and for what? Share structure is too large for this business model.....for now anyway. They need to book some serious, serious profits, before they are worth what they trade for.
Anybody can sell stuff cheap. It takes a special kind of team to make good money at it though....these guys have to prove it. They won't get my money until they show me they aren't just another bunch of dreamers.

That's my opinion.
