Tim, Overall Brown has much lower commission and margin interest structure, close to the lowest if not the lowest in the industry. Brown's webpage is relatively simple, but functional. I have used Siebert for around 30 years, but most of my money is in Brown now. I have not had any Internet access problems with either company, and they also have good live broker service in case you need them, but the commissions are higher. Good luck, Richard
