As we speak, foreign entities across the political spectrum are channeling resources to the American candidates they think best suit their interests. Most are very well disguised, and we will hear about very few of them. Each contribution carries a quid pro quo, and each quid pro quo is limited by the politics of expedience.

This is the way it is. This is the way it has been, for a long time. Given the nature of the world and the people who live in it, it could hardly be otherwise.

ProLife, I have about decided the Republican party receives contributions from many Americans who fear the direction our country is going toward. A downward spiral in morals, ethics, military preparedness, etc.. The Democrats would probably shock you at the percentage of their contributions that are from non Americans. Of course, I realize they have to be washed. But, they have ways to do that. i.e. Johnny Chen. And, I don't believe that is good for America when our Chinese and other friends are able to contribute and gain influence over our decisions and policies.
