why would coii want to open more sites?

dave packer is a perfectionist--in case you have not noticed. what is his job? job #1 is to be absolutely certain that coii blows away the FDA and gets approval without question. how to do that? have more than enough positive data to bowl them over.

also, coii KNOWS they will get approved. that is what will drive them to open more centers shortly. why? because they NOW have money after the PP and this will give them turnkey profit centers once approved.
