Ken,

Good to hear from you again. I am a huge fan of your posts. I was not talking of productivity growth at the macro level, however. I was speaking of productivity growth at the micro level, which I see happenning all around (for example, take the B2B sector). No wonder that is pushing margins up in the companies that are taking advantage of this improvement in technology.

But perhaps you have a better explanation for the increased margins?
