Comparing the growth rate and PEs of NOK and ERICY, one would be led to believe that NOK is undervalued. NOK's rate of growth is incredible. I would think that if ERICY is headed higher in stock price then NOK should be going even higher.

I saw shift to entry level phones cited as a reason for weakness in the gross margin in consumer products. It reminds me too much of Motorola.

I go back to the Intel vs. AMD analogy again. People are associating Nokia with the high end (just like INTEL)and Motorola and Ericy with the low end(just like AMD). No matter what MOT and ERICY do in their high end handsets, consumers will still opt for Nokia. Consequently, they are left with declining margins on cheaper phones.

The rest of ERICY's business looks pretty good given the higher orders.
