HOMS response to my letter....."I understand your frustration - we all share it here at Homestore.com.
Although we have consistently released positive news over the last 3 months
(aside from the request for information from the DOJ which I would be happy
to address if you like) and are fundamentally in an even stronger position
today than we were in January, our stock price is not reacting based on
those fundamentals. We are addressing a huge business opportunity, we have a
solid business model, our financial numbers continue to exceed Wall St.
expectations and we continue to align ourselves strategically with industry
leaders - and yet the price has decreased. We, here at Homestore, have
recognized the fact that our only control over the price is in our ability
to continue to perform operationally. If the market is in deed a rational
being over the long term, than fundamental strong business performance
should be recognized. This is what we are focusing on today. We are hopeful
that with next week's earnings release, the market will begin to take notice
as well.

Thank you for your support,
