I always assumed that Clinton was using the DOJ just to punish his enemies and reward his friends like he did in Arkansas. You imply a more sinister motivation.

I agree with you on that at least in the short term, and I should have been more detailed in the post. The thrust of my "below the surface" statement was my intention to disclose the possible "larger and longer" term directions agenda(?) from the left which could result, via the incrementalism fashion. Maybe I'm just thinking too much and I'm further out in right field then I should be. <g>

It's quite disturbing to me to witness as well as be impacted by the ills of this administration along with like minded, people in power. I find myself caught between anger and sorrow for the ignorance which presides in our government & society which calls for the political interference in the marketplace. I seriously wonder, if they are cognizant of what has been lost and what is at stake.

Anyhow, if we go to the D.C./S.C., lets hope that they put these Bears back to bed. All the "MSFT is responsible for all wrongs since the beginning of time!", "their guilty, they will be forced to do this and that!" mantra will have to endure the full judicial process. You said it best when you said: "The law may grind slow but it grinds exceedingly fine." Couldn't of said it better myself.

The State needs to know who really holds the switch.

Best regards,

Gary
