Tom:

Though it still hurts to think about it sometimes, I am not complaining. I gained a wealth of experience on that one, as well as getting a chance to come in contact with some very fine people (I am not referring to CRGI people). Plus, I have the luxury (or curse) of still being in the stock, so that my losses are only the paper kind. The first 2 1/2 months of this year more than erased the ugly hole created by CRGI.

It does, however, teach a valuable lesson. No matter what you are hearing from the company officials of an OTC BB stock--NEVER get caught up in the story. As Wayne Rumball has said (Jim Bishop has also said words to this affect), "treat them all like they are garbage and take profits mercilessly." The moment you fall in love with them, you cease to be objective. This was especially true of CRGI, at a time when many OTC BBs were not publicly reporting companies.

Recently, I was told by Scott Wilcox that CRGI expects to complete its filings by July of this year. Remember when they were telling us the same thing a year ago? That was the beginning of the death knell.

We live, we learn and we move on. I kinda wonder whatever happened to Archie, though. I sort of miss the "Sounds good!" posts. lol
