ROTI: appears that ROTIZ, ROTIW, and ROTIP are trading. From the 10K: We are unable to pay our ongoing financial obligations. However, management believes that there may be value in keeping us current in our reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. An outside firm involved in our issuance of Series D preferred stock has agreed to pay those expenses necessary for us to remain current in those reporting obligations. We can give no assurance, however, that we will ever be able to realize any value from our situation, and the outside firm may decide to stop paying our reporting expenses at any time.
