I don't think some of them are acting as rational investors, and I find that curious." You almost got it right. It is the stock which is irrational not the folks on this board. The stock price is too focused on the case because that's what's in the press currently. As soon as the appeals are laying in the court dockets the stock will start looking towards the fundamentals of the day and it will become rational -well you know they say it is the most aggressive arrogant monopoly that ever existed.
