Yeah, doesn't look good (though I wouldn't necessarily call it over either). I'm not even sure I'd call that one a breakout (referrring to Thursday's close) - I guess it is on a closing basis only, but on almost no volume by my data, and too many highs to get past. I think over 31 on good volume and you might have something, but short of that...
