Just got the numbers for NBL. NBL is selling at 5.3 times first quarters annualized cash flow with a growth rate of negative (20%), and a great balance sheet. I would rate it a hold.

XTO is selling at 3.14 times cash flow with a 17% growth rate, but too much leverage to rate it a buy. I would put it somewhere between a hold and a buy with a 77% total debt to capitalization.
