Well, it seems clear from the conference call that the deal is all but off. It appears Dale is just trying to save the $30M break-up fee, by making the S/H vote it down instead of the board canceling it. I don't know whether that is sensible strategy or not.

I look for the stock to begin recovering in June, after the vote. But I don't know what becomes of the current management.
