Funny how folks is folks no matter where you go - one of the big topics among the friends of my wife is the tendency of mexicanas to want fewer children as their own choices in life increase. Quite across the board, rich people, poor people, city and village people. Like everywhere. Another thing i notice - in talking with people south of Quer‚taro i often use the very sort of fine words of liberty and individual responsibility used by those on this thread who would deny paternal custody in favour of political point-making [though not for that purpose, lol] ... and imho i encounter roughly the same percentage of closed minds trapped by their own somewhat understandable xenophobia and distrust of their fellow man ... somos seres humanos, todos ... a£n muy pocos de nosotros robamos a los ni¤os! ;-)
