What's easier one stop shopping or making 50 stops?
The 50. because you don't have to make them all. When the lobbying is done on the national level then all the interests have to compete with each other for attention. With 50 different entities the interests shop around for venues they can dominate. They can be much more quiet too.

Once the debt, that obscene tax on our grandchildren, is payed off I'll be right in line suggesting a tax cut.
