you probably already know this but just to add my 2 cents...

you could buy both companies bearing in mind what the risks in each are. Company B is indeed a company that is burning the candle at both ends but if it succeeds, the stock will shoot to the moon. If it fails, it collapses. Just use a small percentage of your funds. Company A seems more stable, then put a higher percentage of your funds in there.

Course, how things actually work out is another matter.

ps. i do buy lottery tickets when the jackpot goes over $30 million but i only put in $20.
