Since lasts years report came out in June I am assuming the same will happen this year. First half of June we should see something.

Last year it came out June 7th as noted below from this press release excerpt.

I was at the annual meeting. I asked the CFO, Peter W. Roberts, who said, they are in the quiet period waiting for their follow-on offering to become effective (the issue should be priced this week.) Then they will release the quarterly results. They are on the road holding show and tells.
