mike i can not confirm or deny the rumors. neither can anyone else. we all have our opinions but the answers lie with Mr Huff. i have been loading up at these levels but do not expect to cash in until later this year or next. it does not seem to make since to me that Mr Huff would have made the financial investment he has and put together the management team he has to take a bedrock buy out offer. if i am to believe any of the rumors that have been floating around he has turned down more than he could get today. it seems to me they will work a turn around for 2-4 quarters to build the valuation up and then take a buy out in the 30-40 range, maybe more if they get on a roll. IMHO this is a good buying opportunity. it is not a quick buck. i have done quite well with another co that was in similar circumstances last year, AFCI. i am not suggesting buying it but look at it's performance since they put in the new CEO. i am hoping to see similar results from ESPI.
