I think currently Intel is barely able to meet demand. My fear was that by the time Q3 and Q4 roll around, Intel would then face the opposite situation: more production than the market can handle. At least that fear of mine has so far proven to be unfounded.

All I know is that Intel still has a lot of ramp-up planned for the rest of this year.

I think that's the last thing Intel wants to plan for. Although some people would like to have a stable duopoly, I think Intel is competing for the whole enchilada, not just 70% of it.
