I cannot get myself worked up enough to care very much. There are children actually dying of starvation all over Africa. There are African children sold into slavery. There are North Korean children starving to death. And on and on and on. Whether or not Grandma Elian violated Elian's "sovereignty" is ambiguous and so insignificant, in the greater scope of things, I would describe it as a gnat fart. I personally believe in things that I can support as rational- but I am constantly on the lookout for new facts that vitiate my ideas. I do not believe in things with any sense of finality.
