I just signed up under another name and you cannot post unless you pay the membership fee or sign up for NDB. You can become a registered member for free but I don't think it really does anything for you.

CF when you ask Bryan B that question could you also ask him for a new feature that acts like a radar detector but in this case lets you know when SI Bob is lurking on your thread.
