There is no support for supposing that they had the right to withhold the boy from the INS from anything stemming from the 11th District Court. In fact as it now stands the 11th District court has DENIED their petition to become Elian's guardians.

On to Kosovo and Haiti and Angola and Burundi and Somalia and dozens of other places that your passion could have some actual moral authority and possibly make a difference.
