A@P and Pluvia are still the only scam here...

Seems they are still trying to promote their lawyer actions to kill the company when anyone with any common sense knows that no one will make any money unless the cashpads make it to production and market. Their efforts are designed to still kill this company maliciously and vindictively even in the face of the SEC settling the injunction with no admission of wrongdoing by ECNC.

No, the only scam here is still the shorts who have not supported their allegations about eCNC but have actively assisted in its destruction. I expect this will be raised in those lawsuits by ECNC seeking to hold them liable for their actions in destroying the value of this stock.

The real culprits are still A@P and Pluvia until it is proven that this ECNC technology never existed or "wont work." A@P has never backed up that assertion so we have to presume he made those statements without even knowing its truth or falsity. That is misrepresention in any book. No evidence supports this claim from these two professional short artists. They made their bundle temporarilly killing the stock with their orchestrations of complaints. Now they want to gloat. How mature. We'll see if the technology comes out as promised. I see no evidence yet that it does not exist or won't work. All indications are that it does and will work. They have not proven otherwise.

***STRONG BUY/RECOMMEND ECNC***

We continue to believe ECNC is being illegaly bashed by organized internet posters who are not legally authorized to give buy/sell authorized recommendations because they are not licensed with any authority to do so. These posters are known to be actively short selling the stock, trying to get shareholders to sell you their stock at lower prices to cover their shorts.

We strongly advise investors to avoid all statements posted by Pluvia, unless the sudden onset of Mad Cow disease strikes. In that case, just invite Pluvia over for some ribs.

We believe ECNC has no viable product or services that these short stockers find useful because they stash their money in their matresses, and still use dial telephones and Commodore 64's.

We strongly believe the ECNC business plan to use e-cash pads for cash transactions is flawed and will never get off the ground, even though major financial institutions such as Star Networks and American Express think otherwise. ECNC must be wrong. Foolish boys.

Note this story about the IFR "Tree Trimmer" who has not been proven to have ANY ties to ECNC or its staff whatsoever. Some here tried to ruin Pluvia's credibility by suggesting Pluvia was the tree trimmer, or is a tree hugger who daily sucks the sap out of any company he can find whos technology is beyond Pluvias comprehension.

Good luck. May the force be with you.

Pluvia 3 of 7

Jerry,

I see you have been posting over on the RB board, you might want to be carefull what you post, it will probally get turned around and before you know it there will be another conspirosy theory foalting around. I talked to another person that talked to ECNC the other day and they were very excited also, there must be something in the air. I also liked a post that had a e-mail from Manny, in it the person asked if there was any merchants signed up yet, and the reply was there will be a list published in May. I have always been one to read into post, and to me if there is a list being published there must be merchants? The only question is who? If we could sign up one med to big merchant I think the rest will follow in there foot steps. I also saw a post refering to another company that was getting into the "swipe" thing, it said that Walmart and Penny's was interested in getting in on it. I take that as there is "interest" out there.

I also see where you stated that the 10k will be out soon, I am not to interested in looking at that, but cant wait for the 10q. We really already know what happened last year, its what has happened this year, that I want to know about. Who knows though, the 10k might actually suprise us though, if only part of the rev. that they stated in some of there PR's is true, we might actaully have something, though I figure they probally wont be able to include any of there acqisitions in the 10k, but surely will be able in the 10q. I am still awaiting the bussiness plan that Manny told you he had, it probally has been changed a few times since then, but I still would like to see a foward looking plan, along with a short term plan too. I am also interested in how the future on goings plan looks, there ability to continue operating. There cant be to much in revenues to suport all of the consultants, lawyers, PR firm, and whatever else there is. I would like to know what kind of backing they have now, as the O/S is aproaching its limit, last I heard it was around 165 million, only 35 more to go.

Any input you might have would be apreciated, along with anybody else here(except the ones that know I dont want to hear from) Hope everything is going ok,

Happy Trading,
Chris B
