I spoke to Frank Yoshimo (IR) at MTIC today. Thought you might be interested to know: 1) They are in a "quiet period" now until earnings, thus earnings type info can not be released or discussed. 2) Recent increase in authorized shares was to permit company to issue additional warrants, options, etc, as the company had just about used up the presently authorized amount. Said the double ( 40 to 80) was used as it is typical and common to just double the amount. Two or three days earlier I spoke with the company and learned that earnings were tentatively set for May 22nd, but surely out that week. I see some other poster may have a more current date.
