In 5 more Thursdays, all the restricted shares will be unrestricted. It is a big joke that a itty-bitty company with a small computer server and a few web pages needs to take five months to prepare a form 10. Well it's been more like 7 months, and still they didn't get it right, and even with the powers that be cutting ZSUNE a few weeks extra slack, they just couldn't untie that gordian knot of financials. Now the clock starts anew, will they be able to get things up to snuff in time to avoid the pink sheets? Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock.
