Jim Seymour in TSC concurs as well. His big point is, now we know the worst-case scenario for MSFT. Just two companies, not a total fracturing. No more nonsense about forced licensing or forced placing in the public domain of the Windows source code. And MSFT, not the government, gets to work out the details. And that's if everything goes wrong for MSFT from here.

The end of uncertainty alone should be worth a sweet pop on Monday.
