sounds like the china folks want a piece of the global market, and need eyes and ears out there. not a bad deal if they can get something signed.. the spin off stuff may just need a bit of a money kick start to get going.. or revenue.. that allways helps. i know that china is looking to put oil money to work outside the country.. inthat i keep hearing that there is money for co developments around town.. now i do notice that there is no mention of how we will get on a real exchange.. mmm tim
