It is well known that you hold and trade technology stocks, and that your ideas and thoughts should therefore be viewed with some suspicion...in other words, your "futurist" suit is fading... Gee, that's kind of flattering! I didn't know I was ever regarded as a "futurist". Thanks!

Why doesn't Anthony and Pluvia make a full and regular disclosure about all their holdings and clear the air??? I have asked several times just how many companies Anthony and Pluvia have wrongly accused of misrepresention and potential fraud and I asked for the names of those companies. All I got was flip 3 word response. George Gilder has been far more open in his replies to this board than Anthony. You are not traveling down a one way street on this board because we feel we are equally entitled to know the background record of those who accuse. With that in mind, I have a couple of other questions. If anyone else has any questions for Anthony and his friends, I am sure they will jump right in. 1) How many shares of Tern were shorted the day before the conference call was crashed by several callers who misrepresented their identities to management???? 2) Did Anthony short TERN shares before that conference call, and if so, what date and how many shares? 3) Who were the people that made those calls?? We know one of them claimed to be Pluvia according to press releases. Who were the other callers? 4) How many shares of CMTO does Pat Mudge own and when did she buy? 5) Did Pat Mudge contact Anthony of Pacific to investigate TERN? If so, when? We are entitled to same full disclosure that you are demanding of George Gilder. Merylee
