Very good arguments for caution...

Technology will continue to drive the economy and the equity markets... Corrections that drive down prices in this area 20% to 50% creates value and shrinks the excesses...

I had a lot of cash on the sidelines during the correction... I started buying quality tech stocks at big discounts recently... If I'm doing it I imagine many others are... This is providing the liquidity for the next leg up in the markets... Also, as experienced in the past few years, we should see money rotate from cold sectors to hot sectors... That will also provide liquidity as it did in the past... As for 401k's, there are tens of millions of Americans who have automatic deductions from their paychecks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis... It all adds up... : >
