You are arguing it's against the law. I'm arguing against the law. See where the arguement don't converge.

I ask again, what has microsoft done that other companies don't at least attempt to do. NOTHING.. the entire point of captialism is every man for himself.

They really blew it when they handed big campaign contribution checks to members of the Judiciary committee and included requests that the anti-trust budget be cut.

Those congressmen like to pretend it doesn't work that way. When you're that blatant, it usually backfires.
