James, both EXDS and TERN had a better day, alone with SCMR.

I dont want to get out of tech completely before Fed's
meeting. I think we have seen the bottom around 3200.

I will consider to take out 30% cash at 4200-4500 level
but will ride the market with the rest.

On the other hand, AG knows that the last two hikes have not had their full effect on the economy yet, as it takes at least 6 to 9 mos for that to happen.
