t2: The Supreme Court will see Jackson's hubris and sloppy slight of hand in any attempt to gain an expedited hearing without Appellate review and will toss it back for Appellate Review. As far as damage to the economy that has already been done thanks to Klein/Jackson (see my earlier post) After spanking the Appeals Court Jackson's decision is DOA at the Court of Appeals. I am sure that Posner had something to say via back channels as well. JFD
