Found this at EBN site. It's about Intel's upcoming reorganization. Look for the interesting comments by Peck in the second half of the article.

Update: Intel retrains sights to target Internet economy

RE: options if M$ split-up. <They may assign the appropriate value to them based on the share values of the separate companies resulting from MS split.>

I bought ITT options before it split into 3 companies and thats how the options worked.
