Larry, I will respond even though I suspect you are just looking for another issue to thrash.

Regarding FMK. I have both met Fred and have spoken with him by phone on several occasions. Fred is an honest man and a gentleman. He is not amoral nor were his posts. Fred bet his house on Valence and his greatest sin may have been in believing everything he was told would come true. I think you would be pleased if all of us would believe everything you have to say about the company, wouldn't you?
Fred put his money where his mouth was. Much of what he predicted has already occurred, albeit a little later than expected. More will occur in the near future. Perhaps all of his predictions will eventually occur.

Regarding the amorality of the bashers:

Facts:

1. All posts are negative.

2. Very few admit to any position in the stock.

3. Most posts include some kind of personal attack on the credibility of a professed long.

4. Most such posters post several times every day. Does anyone really believe they post to help the longs, lurkers, or potential investors understand the potential downside of an investment in the company?

5. There is little substance in most posts. Innuendo and half truths are the norm.

6. Stock bashing is a widespread, easily documented activity on the internet.

7. Valence is an easy company to bash because of the Motorola fiasco, the length of time it took to get the product to market, and the position of the company on not putting out fluff PRs to keep the stock afloat.

8. Bashing activity predictably increases dramatically when the company has been silent and investors are starting to get a little anxious about what is going on. It also increases when it appears there may be other reasons to expect a decline in the price of the stock.

I don't know what your motives are Larry. I do know that I have read hundreds of your posts (and skipped many others) over the past years and only on a couple of occasions have you been willing to say you were short or long. You are negative 99% of the time and are very aggressive in trying to sour readers on Valence. You have apparently never spoken to anyone in the company, not visited a Valence facility, nor attended a shareholder's meeting. I have a few questions for you?

Do you dislike Fred Kellet for some reason or are you just trying to protect us from him?

Are you personally trying to hurt Valence, someone in its management, or its shareholders?

Are you a short and you want the price of the stock to go down so you can make money?

Are you moral?

You have been asked questions before about your motives and never responded so no one expects you to respond to these. I am just amusing myself by asking them.
