Oh my. I enjoy a few days away from following stocks, and what happens?

* Dorian announces profits will go up sharply later this quarter.

* Dorian announces that previous profits that were up sharply were, uh, not really profits after all.

* Dorian says that he doesn't know who's the real owner of the worthless stamps that made his company profitable.

* Schoeppl & Burke reappear. Can't these guys find a client that is a little less slimy than the convicted criminal fraud artist? Anyway, they say:

- Dorian is suing Bloomberg and its finest investigative reporter for reporting what appears to be the simple truth about the convicted criminal fraud artist.

- The dismissal of the class action suit against Hitsgalore is being appealed by the plaintiffs. But not to worry, says Schoeppl & Burke, they will prevail. (Unless they drop the case unexpectedly, I suppose.)
