and the era of Murray Pezim is coming to a close The era of Murray Pezim was coming to a close long before He passed on but you must realize ("don't you" ?) that these Junior exploration Companies must raise funds when they can and at times the price has to take a back seat, I'm sure had the share price been $ 0.20 when the announcement was made we wouldn't heard a "peep" from anyone! Have a look at the OTC-BB situation if you think we're hard done by, over there the Promoters can load up with shares at 1/10th of a cent before submitting their initial IPO and then flogging their paper off to the public at grossly inflated prices. talk about the Murray Pezim era, that's real venture capital Eh ? Happy Investing "BULLY"!

You can't change the price of a private placement after you have taken the money.Give me a break. It was those funds that enabled the company to drill so they could make a discovery. You know what back in February if you had stepped up to the plate and offered to do some of the private placement you could have taken some down.You didn't,but how can you begrudge that guys that did. Those guys who put their money in and took the risks,so are they not entitled to the rewards? Also I might add not one of those guys who put their money in the PP have been rewarded yet.If that PP was qualified by filing an AIF the soonest that stock the would be free Trading would be May 11,2000.If the managment does not qualify it the stock will be locked for 1 year.
