Ah- you are wrong again. I don't "cheer" it. I merely think it is the rational thing to do. I think it is the law. I think I can live with the precedents. That is hardly "cheering".

Your emotionality is....odd, to me. Do you get this emotional about all asylum cases involving repressive home countries? Because there are a lot of cases involving people who desperately WANT to stay here (and have very good reason to stay) but who get sent back. May I suggest you channel some of your emotion to them? I hope you are working in the immigration rights area to better the condition/treatment of refugees/asylum seekers- because that is the rational thing to do. And I hope you put your money where your mouth is- if you don't I suggest you contribute to Amnesty International- you can also write letters for them. They are actually doing something about real human rights abuses.
