Excellent Posting!!! SBSC has a excellent point in this article. DOJ's action today will put fears to companies that have been successful and earned competitive advantage in their fields. And that is simply not right. I don't think the Court (at least S.C.) will let DOJ try to rule the Tech. Sector or any sectors. For those companies cried to DOJ for help, please remember, just because you put a CD into a box, it does not mean you should earn the market and be successful instantly. It took many years for MSFT to earn the crown. And it is going to take no less time for you to compete, besides the question of how good is your products anyway.
