Hi Ken, Pardon me for bringing up a sixth possible choice for your list. With the FRB still determined to contain the remaining aspects of "irrational exuberance" or "NAZ bubble" or whatever you might want to call it, prudence might dictate stepping aside and letting Greenspan finish his series of rate hikes.
