The AVNT case was a criminal charge the judge dismissed for procedural reasons. The DA can still re-file (and we know that aggressive DA's will pursue charges if they don't like the defendant).

AVNT fundies look great - but I wouldn't buy until it broke out over 25 and you are sure the legal crap is far behind them.

Otherwise it's a $60 stock with great margins and growth.
