Tools->Internet Options

Click on the 'Fonts' bottom at the bottom of the dialog box that pops up. Those values were probably changed by a malicous script page.

Have you tried view>Text Size>(pick size)?
The sizes I see listed are:
Largest
Larger
Medium
Smaller
Smallest

Does anyone know how I can jump to a specific message number?
