Yep, could be. And it will be down to $60 by the end of June when Judge Jackson drops the hammer and makes his ruling on the penalty phase (which will, of course, support the government's position).

Sure makes things interesting for MSFT stock. I bet options players are really having it out with this one lately.

YOU may be correct but I am far and away now less liberal and less forgiving for the aggresive traits of some in your area.In short I will never again give a liberal the benefit of the doubt!Too put it bluntly the MSFT thing has sent me back 50 years in my views of certain types.
