Market finally deciding this is for real after undecided start this morning. Dow was flat to down in around the critical 10750 level.

Market is back to a more even keel. Money leaving the chips and hip equipment and moving into the stocks that have not participated yet. Concentration should be on stocks that beat EPS estimates and had good forward guidance or companies yet to report( ie ... DITC ,SCMR, CIEN).

Financials and retail participation indicating
economic numbers are anticipated to be not as bad as
expected.

All indices finished off the highs for the day. Trading still reflects a healthy degree of caution. Down to flat start on the indices. Trading in the first hour of the COMPX was light and tentative. COMPX rallied later in the day in strong fashion. Money rotated out of the stocks that initially lead the rally. Money is going into the lagging sectors.

Contract manufacturing sector down on revenue and EPS miss by SLR.
