Click on the image with your right mouse button and select the Set as Wallpaper option.

1. Click Start.
2. Click Active Desktop.
3. Click Customize My Desktop (argh, hate being spoonfed!)
3. Click Background
4. Click Browse.
5. Find image, click that.
6. Save.

If we're talking about the same thing, all you have to do is right-click ON THE IMAGE, and click "Set As Wallpaper" from the box that appears.

You can also SAVE the image directly from there.

Just right click with the curser over any image and see what pops up in the screen box.

If you tell it to save the image, you can choose a file directory or create one right then and there.
