CCUR's stock price went to 24 on the day SFA presented at
a R-H conference.

After R-H and Morgan Keegen did their homework they discovered that based on their current plan CCUR would not
be making a profit until next year. Their target price
was a tad lower than Soundviews. Perhaps the reason for the
decline if not the support. Maybe CCUR needs to reduce
their overhead.

It would actually help CCUR's stock price if investors
bought SEAC's stock. Part of analysts target prices is
what is paid for other industry players. It would help
if DIVA and nCube went public (if IPO's can get hot again).

CCUR can make additional money after the original installation if cable customers increased usage above
the 10% base. Therefore it is important to CCUR for cable
companies to add more titles.

Left out of the Conference Call. Personal Viewer.
I wonder id CCUR is waiting for Cable2000.
